Rutika hails from Nagpur. She has earned her M.FA in painting from Santiniketan. She has been an artist at Kanoria Centre for Arts, Ahmedabad and a visiting faculty at Red Bricks Education Foundation, Ahmedabad. Having studied in Fine Arts, she has a keen interest in the performativity of poems. She has been participating in workshops and exhibitions at various places including, but not limited to, Kolkata, Nagpur, Ahmedabad etc. since 2008. Words are only as powerful as we want them to be. While unassuming, they have the power to alter realities and perspectives. Words become the foundation stone of the relationships we form.
