Kshitij project
Trained in the art of playing the ‘Tabla’ in his early childhood at the Saptak School of Music, Akash Bhatt is a musician and a practicing Architect. During his stay in Eastern Europe from 2001 to 2014 (had won the SOROS Foundation Scholarship for performing Arts in 2001), he gained experience of performing various music genres such as the Balkan music, Sephardic, Turkish/Oriental, Arabain Music, contemporary, Ethno Jazz Fusion etc. He has collaborated with Darpana Academy of Performing Arts and regularly performs as a percussionist at festivals in India, with both European and Indian artists.
