Sumedh was born in Hyderabad. He completed his schooling from Mumbai AECS School and completed his graduation in Painting from JNTU Hyderabad. He did his post -graduation from M.S University, Baroda in Print Making. During his post - graduation, he had received a scholarship from Telugu University for his higher studies. During the same time he also received the Hyderabad Art society award. He has exhibited his works in Delhi (Art Konsult Gallery), Mumbai (Prisyashri Art Gallery ), Baroda (College of Fine Arts), and Ahmedabad (Gufa Gallery). Sounds create associations – they are powerful and imperative in providing a holistic experience. This installation creates the sense of objects – the sense of a home – only through sounds. It enables the audiences to navigate what is essentially and empty space, while constantly giving them the sense of being home.
