Rokesh Patil is from the Koli community of Maharashtra and is an accomplished artist, having completed his graduation in painting and his PDVA in printmaking. The sea is a major element in his sculptures, paintings and prints. The artwork is about sunken ships and the sea, and through it, the transformative power of the sea is presented in a captivating manner.
