Kadam Parikh has been dedicating his life to Kathak for the past 20 years. He has been trained by mahatmas like Maulik Shad and Ishira Parikh (Ahmedabad). His creativity in preserving the classical form of dance and his dedication to this form have earned him a distinct identity in the artist community. He has also performed at various events in India as well as abroad. Recently, he has also received the National Award like 'Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar' by the Sangeet Natak Academy for his outstanding contribution to the field of Kathak.
