Kathanki is learning Bharatanatyam for 19 years. Completed her Nritya Alankaar in Bharatanatyam from Gandharva Mahavidhyalaya under the guidance of Guru Smt. Kashmira Trivedi graduated from Nalanda Dance Research Centre under the guidance of Padmabhushan Dr. Kanak Rele, Mumbai. She has been trained in Kathak and Kuchipudi as well. She is trained professionally in various dance forms, advanced contemporary and aerial training with the very well-known Master Terence Lewis. Currently opened an institution called Kathanki Institute of Arts. Mansi Karani, a soulful Bharatanatyam dancer, has completed her graduation in Bharatanatyam from the prestigious Nalanda Nrityakala Mahavidyalaya (Mumbai). She is currently pursuing her advanced training under Guru Smt. Anitha Guha (Chennai). She has performed in the various productions of Padmabhushan Dr. Smt. Kanak Rele, Smt. Anitha Guha's Bharathanjali, across the USA with Padma Shri Aruna Mohanty & team and Shiamak Davar and his team. Apart from dance, she also practices Yoga and Kalariyapattu
