The artwork “Imprints” began from noticing those small gestures—a weight in the shoulders, a quiet curl in the spine, a hand that hovers, unsure—and wondering what they might be holding. Each sculpture starts as a line of bent aluminium, shaped gently, then built up with mesh and Dental PoP. The forms are intentionally distorted—not to deconstruct or challenge the body, but to reveal its expressive potential. Some parts stay light, almost skeletal, while others grow heavy, thick with feeling.

The personal significance of the work stems from the artist's observation that our bodies remember things—even the ones we never say out loud. The sculptures hold contradictions and reflect imperfections. The art is an invitation to consider grace not as something polished or ideal, but perhaps as the quiet act of holding ourselves together, even when our lines donʼt quite meet.
