Tushar Sharma has been doing theatre since 2017 in the experimental space. He found his way into the art form after he got mentored by Vishal Shah in his workshop Rangayan. As an actor, writer, and director, Tushar has worked in Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages. Some of his notable works - ‘Shades of Green’, ‘Matbhed’ (which was featured in INT 2019), and ‘Antak’ have received great admiration from the audience. Along with this, he has done commercial work for brands like Wagh Bakri and Saanvi Nirman. In this edition of Abhivyakti City Arts Project, Tushar brings his theatre production titled ‘99 Days’. It’s a story of three friends living in an apartment and how they are navigating through their lives by understanding the relationship between a father and a son. It talks about the subtle nuances of the importance of a father and how some people aren’t fortunate enough to live with one. A realistic story that brings freshness to an ordinary narrative, this play talks about male friendships, fatherhood and more.
