Gopal, founder and Artistic Director of Dance Inc India, is a seasoned dancer with a Diploma from the Terence Lewis Professional Training Institute and has prior experience at Danceworx Delhi. He has choreographed acclaimed works like ‘Karshati’ and ‘Namah’. A key member of Dance Inc India, Aakash has been teaching for the last four years and is trained in contemporary, jazz, and ballet. He has contributed significantly to the success of the company's productions, including ‘Namah’ and ‘Karshati’, where his performances have showcased his technical skill and artistic versatility. In this edition of Abhivyakti City Arts Project, they explore the theme of man versus wild, focusing on how human encroachment threatens wildlife. Through a grey character, they highlight the destruction caused by humans while acknowledging those who care about preserving nature. The performance calls for reflection on the need to protect our planet's flora and fauna to ensure both their survival and our own.
